MLS Fantasy Advice: Robbie Keane, Clint Dempsey or Gyasi Zardes - who are trusting with the armband?

With New York Red Bulls striker Bradley Wright-Phillips on a bye, Robbie Keane became the most-captained player in both the game and last week's poll. Pedro Morales (16.9 percent) placed second and Diego Valeri finished just behind him in third (16.7 percent).

It seems like Keane (owned by 20.5 percent) and Clint Dempsey (owned by 19 percent) will be the top candidates battling it out for the armband this week (see video above).

Are you comfortable giving it to one of these two despite some rather mediocre performances the past few weeks? Or with nine goals in his last 10 games should Gyasi Zardes get the nod?

I've got in on Keano at the moment (see below), but part of me wants to switch it up. I've shyed away from last-minute swaps having suffered from them in the past, but my gut is telling me this week's captain's pick will be crucial to my overall ranking.

I jumped from No. 266 overall to No. 195 after a 71-point performance in Round 23. Need a solid performance this week to keep it going. Only 57 points away from cracking the Top 50.
