Round 21 of MLS Fantasy was a pretty good week for most managers, with the average score up roughly 25 points from a slow Round 20. The high score was 122 points, but I maxed out at 95 points. Well, 91 if you take away the four-point deduction for an additional transfer.
(Editor's note: Duh. Everybody knows those points don't count, Jata.)
This week you have a little time to relax and take in the AT&T MLS All-Star festivities because Round 22 doesn't t start until late Friday night. But don't wait too long. Managers are making their transfers early, and the LA Galaxy look like the popular pick.
Players like Robbie Keane, Landon Donovan, Gyasi Zardes and Dan Gargan are some of the popular trends so far this week. The likes of Jermain Defoe, Diego Fagundez and Harry Shipp (just to name a few) are all on the way out.
