Nothing lasts forever.

At some point after they captured the attention of sports fans across the United States at the World Cup in Brazil, the 10 Major League Soccer players from the US national team had to come home.

And the latest episode of the Emmy-nominated MLS Insider series was there to capture the homecoming festivities for a number of the league’s stars, from Matt Besler’s media blitz at ESPN to the adoring fans that embraced Clint Dempsey in Seattle.

Did the United States accomplish all they wanted in Brazil? Probably not. But there’s no debate that with another World Cup in the books, the sport’s popularity continues to skyrocket, and the heroes of MLS continue to play their part.
