Luis Suarez has been kicked out of the 2014 World Cup for his biting of Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini on June 24.
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee on Thursday morning suspended the Uruguay striker for nine official national team matches and also banned him from any soccer-related activities for four months, including prohibiting him from entering any soccer stadium. The ban includes action with his club team, Liverpool, but it does not prevent a transfer.

And on top of all that, he was also fined a little more than $111,000.
“Such behaviour cannot be tolerated on any football pitch, and in particular not at a FIFA World Cup when the eyes of millions of people are on the stars on the field," said FIFA Disciplinary Committee chairman Claudio Sulser in a FIFA statement. "The Disciplinary Committee took into account all the factors of the case and the degree of Mr Suárez’s guilt in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Code. The decision comes into force as soon it is communicated."
