Luis Suarez massages his teeth (June 24, 2014)

We should have just known that the special edition Luis Suarez version of Pac-Man was coming.

We should have known that the Internet would waste little time in delivering the popular 1980s and 90s game, modified specially for
everybody's favorite
the only biter of opponents at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil
. Altogether, it took less than 24 hours to arrive.

Below is a screenshot of the game — which features Suarez's hungry face, four red card wielding referees, mini Giorgio Chiellini heads for Suarez to eat and an appropriate Hannibal Lecter mask for Suarez every time the referees (ghosts, in the original version of Pac-Man) catch him — but to play the real thing, head on over to BiteManGame.com.

Tuesday's incident, in which the Uruguayan star appeared to bite Italian defender Chiellini on the shoulder, was the third on-field instance of Suarez sinking his teeth into an opponent since 2010.
