Benny Feilhaber might be going to this summer's World Cup in Brazil. Then again, he might not.
But regardless, if you ask the 29-year-old Sporting Kansas City midfielder, he'll tell you that he's not holding his breath and he's not losing any sleep over it.
And if that whole "kicking a soccer ball for a living" thing doesn't work out for Feilhaber — which it really is — the Rio de Janeiro-born creative midfielder might have just stumbled upon his post-playing career calling as a late night television show host/lip syncing, love ballad-performing juggernaut.
Above is episode No. 3 of "The Benny Feilhaber Show," and it is hands down the best episode of an [insert pro athlete here] talk show of all-time.
All you need to know is: Benny Feilhaber dancing and lip-syncing Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody;" teammate Sal Zizzo jamming on the keyboard Stevie Wonder-style, providing the dry, deadpan humor; and Andy Gruenebaum shamelessly defending his "skinniest legs in the entire league."
This is better than the time a shirtless Feilhaber lip synced "No Air" by Jordin Sparks.
All I want to know is, when does episode No. 4 come out?
