VIDEO: DC United's Michael Seaton learns to tango, competes in competition for charity | SIDELINE

DC United's Michael Seaton learns how to tango

With the exception of a round ball, a grass field and 20,000-plus screaming fans on gameday, the sport of soccer and the art of dancing aren't really all that different.

Each requires an extreme level of agility, balance and coordination of every limb and extremity.

That goes for lots of other sports as well. In fact, a number of professional athletes have taken dance classes in an attempt to limber up their bodies and help them perform their chosen craft more gracefully.

D.C. United forward Michael Seaton learned a little bit about this as he recently trained for Tango with the Stars (watch above), a competition that benefits the charity of your choosing. Dancing on behalf of United for DC, the 18-year-old Homegrown Player went from novice to passable tango dancer after just a few weeks of training.

Not bad, not bad. Now, break those moves out for your very first MLS goal celebration. Then we'll be really impressed.
