Orlando City SC, set to enter MLS in 2015, announced on Wednesday that Populous, the architectural firm responsible for many of the league's newest stadiums, would lead the design and construction team for the club's new venue in downtown Orlando

Now fans have been encouraged to send any and all stadium design ideas that they may have to stadiumideas@orlandocitysoccer.com or via Twitter, using the hashtag #NewOCSCStadium.

“If you have even a small idea that you think would be cool regarding Orlando City’s new stadium, this is how you can get our attention for it,” Orlando City president Phil Rawlins said in a statement. “Orlando City’s goal is to create an iconic year-round development on Church Street that will serve as the top soccer stadium in MLS – and we’re excited to hear our fans’ ideas on how we can best accomplish this goal.”

So to anyone who might ever attend a game at the future home of Orlando City, get in touch with the club and share your thoughts.

Maybe it's the Members Club concept from Sporting Park, perhaps the steep stands of the San Jose Earthquakes' soon-to-be-completed stadium or any other small detail of an MLS stadium you've seen on TV or visited in person.

Whatever it is, tell them, because in a roundabout way, it's your stadium. Therefore, it's your opinion that they want.
