US international Jermaine Jones will have to wait a little while longer to make his debut for Turkish Süper Lig club Besiktas JK after suffering a tear in his left groin.
Besiktas' official website reported the news on Wednesday and Jones, who joined the 13-time Turkish champions from Schalke on Jan. 30, missed Friday's 2-1 win over Gaziantepspor.
There was no official word from Besiktas on the timetable for Jones' return and first team debut.
