Which club is the best in the soccer universe? David Moyes says it's Manchester United | SIDELINE

David Moyes, Manchester United

What is the great club in the soccer world today?

It's the soccer debate that has no right answer: Which soccer club is the greatest of them all?

Manchester United manager David Moyes has no doubt: With his club facing fellow English Premier League title hopefuls Chelsea on Sunday, he took advantage of the occasion to make it clear which club is on top of the soccer universe.

"Manchester United are not only the biggest club in this country, but the biggest club in the world," he told Sky Sports.

That's a bold statement given the fact that ManUtd have struggled through a difficult first-half of the season under Moyes, who just took over for legendary manager Sir Alex Ferguson. And it looks like an even bolder statement after the Red Devils lost 3-1 at Stamford Bridge.

"I don't think any of the aura is fading whatsoever," he said in response to the bumps in the road during his tenure thus far. "Maybe players want to go to other clubs for the money, but if you ask them where they really want to be, which club they really want to wear the badge of, they want to wear the badge of Manchester United.

Do you agree? With all things being equal, which club is the best in the world? What criteria do you use to measure it? History? Money? Fan base? Success?
