I've said it before and I'll say it again...with every new year comes change.
2013 was an incredible year for MLS Fantasy. There were some outstanding performances by both the players and the managers, our very own Twitter handle was born and the resources grew tremendously.
Preparation for the 2014 version has been non-stop since Sporting KC won MLS Cup and I'm just as excited as most of you are to see what the future holds.
But before we officially move on to 2014 let's look at some of the best fantasy moments from the past year.
Round 1: Mike Magee scores a hat-trick, leads all players with 18 points
Round 10: Luis Robles stops a penalty, earns a week-high 15 points in the process
Round 11: Every player on the Dream Team earns 14 points or more, season-high DT total of 183 points
Round 15: Five Philadelphia Union players make the Dream Team, Brain Carroll leads all players with 15 points
- My Favorite - Camilo dropping 50 points in Round 16
Round 17: Rodney Wallace tallies three assists and a clean sheet, 18 total points
Round 25 & 26: Federico Higuain scores two goals in back-to-back rounds only to be outdone by hat-tricks from Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan
Round 27 & 28: Erik Torres emerges as a fantasy sleeper, nets a brace in back-to-back rounds
Round 36: Camilo scores three times, wins Golden Boot in final game of the season
Round 37: Houston Dynamo land seven players in the Dream Team
Round 42: Aurelien Collin, Graham Zusi lead Sporting KC to MLS Cup win
