Three MLS teams will again be heading to Portland to wrap up their presasons for the third year running, as the Portland Timbers announced Wednesday that JELD-WEN Field will play host to the Rose City Invitational, from Feb. 23 to March 1, 2014.
The Timbers will be joined by the San Jose Earthquakes, Vancouver Whitecaps and Jamaican outfit Portmore United for a series of three doubleheaders, with the Cascadia rivalry clash between Portland and Vancouver wrapping up the proceedings.
Along with the home side, the Earthquakes have participated in all three preseason events Portland has hosted since 2012, while it will be the first preseason appearance in the Rose City for the Whitecaps and Portmore United.

Feb. 23: Vancouver Whitecaps vs. Portmore United (5:30 pm ET), Portland Timbers vs. San Jose Earthquakes (8 pm ET)
Feb. 26: San Jose Earthquakes vs. Vancouver Whitecaps (8 pm ET), Portland Timbers vs. Portmore United (10:30 pm ET)
