Jose Luis Real leaves Chivas USA to take over Chivas Guadalajara in Mexico

Chivas USA interim head coach Jose Luis Real won't be back at the helm of the MLS club in 2014.

He's heading back to Guadalajara. On Monday, Chivas USA's sister club Chivas Guadalajara named him their new head coach.

According to a press release issued by Chivas USA, the MLS side is "currently evaluating replacements for the former manager and "a new head coach will be named in the near future."

Real took over the reins of Chivas USA from outspoken former coach José Luis Sánchez Solá on May 29 and led the Goats to a 3-12-6 record, which could not help the club avoid a last-place finish in the Western Conference.
