The playoff matchups for the ExtraTime Experts League have been set, but not without some late season drama.
TheCrew.com's Ashleigh Ignelzi (Iggy FC), who was atop the standings after Round 1, dropped the final game of our regular season last week, thus eliminating her from the eighth and final playoff spot.
A win from Ignelzi, American Soccer Now's John Godfrey (American Soccer Now) or ESPN's Max Bretos (COLOTERORITA) could've secured their playoff hopes, but all faltered, paving the way for Soccer By Ives' Ives Galarcep (SBI United) to vie for a shot at MLS Fantasy playoff stardom.

Galarcep did exactly what he needed to do by beating up on MLSsoccer.com's Dan Haiek (53-24) in the final week, but no one could've predicted the three people ahead of him would falter so badly. Then again, anything is possible in fantasy sports.
So who's to blame for these three managers' "end-of-the season-meltdown" besides themselves? And who should Ives be thanking should he hoist the trophy when it's all said and done? Simple.
