Round 32 of MLS Fantasy was one of the lowest-scoring weeks of the season. The high score dropped to a mere 85 points - the lowest since Round 15 - tying it for the fourth lowest point total this season. The average score dropped from Round 31 as well (45 to 44).
Eight teams were represented on this week’s Dream Team. Only the Portland Timbers and Columbus Crew had multiple selections.

Top Player: Lovel Palmer - 12 points
Defenders (3)
Lovel Palmer led all players this round with 12 points. Real Salt Lake head coach Jason Kreis rested a lot of his starters against Vancouver in preparation for Tuesday's US Open Cup final vs. D.C. United. Palmer capitalized by logging a great all-around effort: one assist, multiple bonus points and a clean sheet.
No other defender logged double-digit point totals in Round 32.
Futty Danso and Michael Harrington each tallied eight points to earn a spot on this week's Dream Team. They are owned by a combined 3.0 percent of fantasy owners. This is something worth thinking about when setting your lineup down the stretch.
Midfielders (4)
FC Dallas midfielder Mauro Diaz grabbed his first DT appearance in 2013, notching 11 points in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the Columbus Crew. Diaz played his first full game since making his debut on August 3. He is owned by 0.1 percent of owners.
As was the case with defenders, no other midfielder hit double digits in Round 32.
The most-popular player in the game, Mike Magee (owned by 35.3 percent of owners), could've made fantasy owners much happier had he not missed a penalty kick. That caused an eight-point swing. Instead of gaining an additional five points, he lost three.
Will Johnson tallied nine points and Tim Cahill finished with eight points to round out this week's group of midfielders. Boniek Garciawas the odd out man.
Forwards (3)
Only the forwards had more than one player surpass the double-digit mark in Round 32. Teammates Dominic Oduro and Federico Higuain continue to impress at their position. In their last three matches, Oduro has 25 total points, while Higuain has 32.
Saer Sene grabbed the final spot with an eight-point outing for the New England Revolution. He has two goals, two assists and 25 total points in his last three games.
Goalkeeper – Zac MacMath (10 points)
Zac MacMath continues his rise up the rankings. After his 10-point performance this past weekend, he now sits in third place among all goalkeepers with 148 total points. Philadelphia have a pretty favorable schedule to close out the season, and at $5.1m, MacMath has to be on your transfer radar!
