AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 27

The AT&T Goal of the Week race is unfolding much as you'd expect, with two spectacular overhead kicks leading the way.

So far, Javier Morales' quick-thinking bike in Real Salt Lake's impressive 4-2 win over the Portland Timbers holds a healthy lead of early 24 percentage points over Chivas USA striker Erick "Cubo" Torres' chilena from 18 yards out against the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Sporting KC schemer Benny Feilhaber has earned enough love for his long-range, outside-of-the-boot smasher in Kansas City's defeat of Colorado to sit in third place, while Adam Moffat and Lloyd Sam bring up the rear.

Here’s how the voting stands at 11 am ET on Thursday, with 15 hours left to cast your vote.

  1. Javier Morales (RSL) 46.15%
  2. Erick Torres (CHV) 22.53%
  3. Benny Feilhaber (SKC) 17.02%
  4. Adam Moffat (HOU) 7.70%
  5. Lloyd Sam (NY) 6.61%

The winner is determined by the total number of votes cast online and in text voting and will be announced on Friday.
