Keeping with the theme of "the youth are our future," this week's Insider also profiles 18-year old rising star Diego Fagundez of the New England Revolution. Fagundez signed with the Revs as a Homegrown Player in 2011 — from the Revs youth academy, also heavily featured in the profile — and has enjoyed a breakout season in 2013 with seven goals and four assists in 19 games.
