On Mother's Day, we honored all of the moms who have helped grow the game in North America. The ones who drove you to matches, prepared your squad's halftime orange slices, and - for some reason - though SweetSpots were a cool idea.
Here's what we did:
1. On Saturday May 11th, fans sent us a picture of them and their moms on Twitter and Instagram in MLS gear, using the hashtag #MLSmom.
2. We randomly selected an MLS duo that followed the guidelines. The winner received two 2013 MLS jerseys of their choice.
