The Chicago native also won the Terrace Trophy, given to the team's top performer by the supporters. Guzan joined Clint Dempsey, Brad Friedel, Stuart Holden and Brian McBride as the only US internationals to claim a club Player of the Season award in England's top flight since the Premier League began in 1992.
