MLS announced a pair of changes to its regular-season schedule Wednesday, rescheduling matches for the LA Galaxy and Seattle Sounders on the weekend of April 6-7 to accomodate the two clubs' participation in the CONCACAF Champions League semifinals.

The Galaxy's April 6 home game against the Montreal Impact has been pushed to Oct. 16 at 10:30 pm ET, while Seattle's game at Chivas USA on April 7 has been moved to Sept. 4 at 10 pm ET. Both rescheduled games can be viewed on MLS Direct Kick or on MLS Live.

The rescheduling is designed to give the Sounders and Galaxy the weekend off in between their midweek CCL semifinal matches. LA are set to host two-time defending champions Monterrey on April 3 at 10 pm ET, with the return leg in Mexico set for April 10 at 10 pm ET. Seattle will open their series at home against Santos Laguna on April 2 at 10 pm ET, with the second leg in Torreón, Mexico, set for 8 pm ET on April 9.
