The United States men's national team could be in line for another showdown with Belgium, if reports out of the European nation are to be believed.
Belgian TV station RTBF and respected newspaper Le Soir claim that the two teams are set to meet for the second time during US head coach Jurgen Klinsmann's tenure, in Cleveland on May 29. The USA previously played the Diables Rouges in Brussels in September 2011, falling by a 1-0 scoreline.

The report runs contrary to earlier reports that the US were set to face Germany on the same date in the US Soccer Federation's centennial match, though the earlier reports also claimed Germany had a second friendly date in the US against an unnamed opponent on June 2.
A match against either opponent would serve as a stern warmup test for the USMNT prior to the resumption of World Cup qualifying, with the team traveling to Jamaica on June 7 before a pair of home games against Panama and Honduras on June 11 and 18, respectively.
US Soccer declined to comment on the reports when contacted Wednesday by MLSsoccer.com.
