American Exports: Bradley in line to make Roma return

Michael Bradley

AMSTERDAM – Recovered AS Roma midfielder Michael Bradley could return to match action when Sampdoria visit Stadio Olimpico on Wednesday, MLSsoccer.com has learned.

The US star, who picked up a thigh injury in training on August 28, resumed full training on Monday. A source told MLSsoccer.com that Bradley had been cleared to play, but not yet for a full 90 minutes.

Since arriving from Chievo this summer, Bradley has only appeared in the Serie A season opener on August 26. He notched the game-tying assist in the final moments of a 2-2 draw with Catania.

The Giallorossi stand fifth in the table through four games, five points off the perfect title pace of defending champions Juventus. Roma will visit the Old Lady on Saturday, carrying memories of April's 4-0 beating in Turin.
