It may have been the battle of the two bottom teams in the Western Conference when the LA Galaxy and Portland Timbers met at The Home Depot Center in Week 6, but their desperation gifted fans a match to remember.
The quality on the field was undisputed with Portland designated players Kris Boyd and Diego Chara taking on the Galaxy DP trio of David Beckham, Robbie Keane and Landon Donovan. All five started, and they didn't disappoint.
