Hundreds of MLS fans around North America bought tickets in advance of the playoffs, hoping their club would make it all the way to Carson for the final. For some, their wish came true; for most, they had tickets to a game that they were perhaps no longer planning to attend.

Fans began using this hashtag to connect with people who were looking to buy and sell their tickets to the game. Through Twitter, fans that hadn’t bought advance tickets were able to attend the sold-out match, while fans without a horse in the race could relax after selling their tickets.
