AMSTERDAM -- Danish side Randers FC have flatly denied reports that free agent striker Robbie Findley -- who was picked by the Portland Timbers in Wednesday's -- expansion draft, is slated for a trial visit.

The 25-year-old, who has been with Real Salt Lake the past three seasons, will see his contract up at the end of this year. He has unnamed options for a free winter transfer in Mexico and Scandinavia, according to his agent.

"He's not coming for training," Randers technical director Jakob Nielsen told MLSsoccer.com. "That's not right, it's just rumors. I think maybe they got confused."

The club already employ Findley's former RSL running mate, Yura Movsisyan, the Danish club's top scorer this season. They also currently have fellow U.S. international and Aris FC loan outcast Freddy Adu in for training.

Findley, a 2009 MLS Cup champion with RSL, has scored 31 times in 100 regular season league matches.
