It was the final no one expected: FC Dallas vs. the Colorado Rapids (Sunday, 8:30 pm ET, ESPN/Galavision).
Neither team has ever won MLS Cup. Indeed, FCD have never been in club history. Before 2010, their last playoff series win came in 1999, when they were the Dallas Burn.
The Rapids have been to the final once before in 1997, and are making the most of their first trip to the playoffs since 2006. Neither team has a Designated Player; neither team, in FCD Schellas Hyndman's words, "got the respect from the media, or from people in the soccer world, to be in the MLS Cup final."
But here they are, one win away from winning it all. Who takes home the Cup?
