Reserves: Crew 1, MetroStars 0

A Jamal Sutton goal in the 59th minute led the Columbus Crew reserves to a 1-0 victory over the MetroStars reserves on Sunday at the Crew training facility in Obetz.


Sutton's game-winning goal was his fifth of the reserve division season, and his fourth in two consecutive games, after tallying three during the May 22 game against Real Salt Lake. He now leads the reserve division in goal scored with five goals and one assist.


Sunday's game improved Columbus to 3-0-1 in the reserve division, while dropping the MetroStars to 1-2-2.
