SALT LAKE CITY - Real Salt Lake Founder and Chairman David W. Checketts, joined by RSL General Manager Steve Pastorino and Head Coach John Ellinger, will introduce the club's inaugural player at a press conference tomorrow, Wednesday, November 17 at 3:45 p.m. MT at the Airwaves Café in the Trolley Corners Building at 515 South 700 East. Media are asked to park on the east side of the building.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early, at 5:00 pm MT, for a watch party for the USA-Jamaica World Cup Qualifier. Fans can then meet the player and talk with team officials before staying to watch the match at Airwaves.
Following the event, one-on-ones with the inaugural player and Real Salt Lake executives will be conducted. Media are invited to stay and watch ESPN2's 5:30 p.m. MT broadcast of the United States Men's National Team World Cup Qualifier against Jamaica, a match which features several current and former Major League Soccer players.
