"I thought we played a good game, anytime you win you get confident and I thought we played with a lot of confidence. We moved the ball very well tonight, with them having ten men I thought we moved the ball especially well and we created a lot of good chances."
On the U.S. Open Cup:
"At the beginning of the year we had three goals, to win the CONCACAF Champions Cup, the Open Cup and the MLS Cup. We got knocked out of the CONCACAF Cup, so we have our sights set on this tournament and want to do well in it. We are glad that we made the quarterfinals and we hope that we continue to advance."

"Going into the game, I knew that I would only have to make a few saves each half because I knew the team in front of me was going to play well and they did. I had to make one save midway through the second half, and it felt good to help the team to the win and to move on in the tournament."

"First of all, Brian [Mullan] made a great cross to the back post and I was just able to get over my defender and hit it to the near post. Brian really made the goal and I just finished it off."
