WASHINGTON, D.C. - D.C. United announced today the club's reserves will face the Harrisburg City Islanders on Tuesday, August 16 at Skyline Sports Complex in Harrisburg, Penn. Kickoff for the match, which has been dubbed "The Clash of the Capitals," is set for 7:30 p.m. The reserve team will be joined by invited "special guests" Freddy Adu, Josh Gros and Ben Olsen. "We are pleased to be playing the City Islanders in what will be an exciting evening of soccer in central Pennsylvania," said United Technical Director Dave Kasper.

"This is a great chance for our players to show what they can do against top-flight opposition," said Harrisburg Head Coach Bill Becher. "They'll be very excited for this match."

Tickets will go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, June 15. Until that date, tickets will be available to Harrisburg season ticket holders and corporate partners, and the team will be selling entire bleachers (200 seats) for $2,000 as part of an "Own A Bleacher" program. More information is available here or may be requested by calling 717-441-GOAL.

Ticket prices for "The Clash of the Capitals" are as follows:

Deck View (no seats): $15
