Crew to hold open fan forum Jan. 31

COLUMBUS, Ohio - Columbus Crew General Manager Mark McCullers announced today that The Crew will host an Open Fan Forum in The Crew Stadium Huntington Club on Monday, January 31, from 6-7:30 p.m.

The Open Fan Forum will give any Crew fan who wishes to attend an opportunity to interact and ask questions to Crew management, Crew coaches and Crew players as the team begins to prepare for the 2005 season.

Among those participating in the Fan Forum are McCullers, Crew Head Coach Greg Andrulis, Crew Assistant Coach Robert Warzycha, Crew captain and defender Robin Fraser, Crew midfielder Kyle Martino and Crew midfielder Danny Szetela. Each participant will talk briefly and then field questions from the fans.

"This is a very unique and intimate way to reach out to our fans," said McCullers. "As we approach our 10th season, I look forward to seeing our fans sharing our plans for 2005 and answering their questions. I think the fans will really enjoy the casual setting and tone of this event."

The Crew will provide free beverages and snacks, and will also unveil one of its new adidas game jerseys during the Fan Forum.
