COLLEGE EXPERIENCE

2012: Hyland scored eight goals in 18 appearances during his senior season, including two multiple-goal games and three game-winning goals.

2011: Hyland built off his assist totals from his sophomore season and arned Second-Team All-Summit League honors and led the Jaguars with four assists. He was one of two players on the team to start all 18 matches. In addition to his one goal, his junior season also marked a team-lead in minutes played (1,611) and shot attempts.

2010: In 2010, Hyland scored one goal and one assist in his sophomore season in which he made 17 appearances – all starts. Hyland also earned a spot on the Summit League’s Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

2009: After being picked as the team’s freshman captain, Hyland appeared in all 19 games – including 16 starts – and tied for the team-high in assists with three. In his first two semesters Hyland was named to the IUPUI Academic Advisor's List and also earned Fall Academic All-Summit League team honors.

YOUTH EXPERIENCE

Hyland twice was named to the adidas/NSCAA All-Midwest Regional team and was a two-time All-Ohio selection. In his Bay Village career, he finished with 25 goals and 35 assists and led the team in assists as well as helped the team earn conference titles in each of his final three seasons. A Crew Soccer Academy product, Hyland featured on the 2010 USL Super-20 and McGuire Cup-winning sides for Crew Juniors

INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Hyland represented the United States at the U-14 level. Hyland also competed in Mexico, England and Italy... helped Cleveland United to a State Cup finalist finish in 2007 and 2008, before joining the U18 Columbus Crew Academy team... tabbed among the nation’s top incoming freshmen... was a four-year honor roll student
