• MLS: 16 GP; 15 GS; 0 G; 1 A; 1,231 minutes. 
• DNP, but on the bench during 1-1 draw vs. POR on 11/8. 

2019 (Los Angeles Football Club): 

• Appeared in two matches for 92 total minutes played. 
• Made his MLS debut, and first start, on Sep. 29 in the 1-1 tie against Minnesota United. 

2018 (Willem II Tilburg, Eredivisie): 

• Agreed to season long loan from S.D. Aucas in July 2018. 
• Made his debut in the Dutch Eredivisie with Willem II Tilburg on Aug. 11, 2018.   
• Started 27 of 27 appearances and tallied three assists for a total of 2,360 minutes played. 
• Made five starts and appearances for in the TOTO KNVB Cup, tallying 425 minutes 

2017-18 Sociedad Deportiva Aucas, Ecuadorian Serie A): 

• Made his professional debut for Ecuadorian Serie A side Sociedad Deportiva Aucas on February 18,2018 in the Apertura. 
• Started 24 of 24 appearances and tallied three assists with a total of 2,001 minutes combined during the Ecuadorian Serie A Primera and Segunda Etapa. 

International 

• Made six appearances for the Senior National Team, including a 4-2 World Cup qualifying win against Uruguay on October 12, 2020.  
• Made his Senior National team debut for Ecuador during an international friendly vs. Qatar on October 12, 2018.  
• Has started nine of ten appearances and tallied a total of 1,684 minutes across all competitions for the U-20 team. 

PERSONAL  

• Received the nickname “Chiqui” when he was playing as a child because the rest of his teammates were very tall, and he was the shortest player. 
• Now everyone in Ecuador calls him “Chiqui” except his mother. 
• Has a close and tight-knit family.  
• Played with current LAFC teammate Jose Cifuentes on numerous Ecuador Youth Teams.  
• Trained with Chelsea FC in 2015.
