As part of the coaching symposium, Gonzalez will give present the FC Dallas way and how the club incorporates youth talent into the first-team environment. Gonzalez has the unique experience of being the club's academy director for three years before becoming head coach, helping guide the careers of Paxton Pomykal, Thomas Roberts and Edwin Cerrillo.
