AT&T GOAL OF THE WEEK VOTING

Voting Eligibility and Dates:
AT&T Goal of the Week voting is open to all persons 13 and older located in the Continental United States (including Washington, DC), Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico and Canada and is void where prohibited by applicable law, rule or regulation. Each week during the 2010 MLS Season, the voting period will open on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and will end on Wednesday at 9:59 a.m. ET. (each, the “Voting Period”). Voting times and dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS” or “Sponsor”) without notice. There is a five (5) vote per person limit during the Voting Period per originating telephone number. The “Administrator” is Telescope, Inc. By submitting any vote, voters agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the Sponsors, Administrator and each of their representatives are final and binding in all respects.
How to Vote:
Voting may be cast via text message. To cast a vote via text, send "Goal" to 22442 during the Voting Period. In order to cast your vote you must:
• Have a valid telephone area code from the Continental United States (including Washington, DC), Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico or Canada
• Provide your own wireless device capable of 2-way messaging;
• Be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service; and
• Use one of the following participating service providers/carriers: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, T-Mobile, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, Dobson, Cincinnati Bell, Cellular South, NTELOS, CellCom, Carolina West, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular One, Centennial Communications, EKN, GCI Comms, Illinois Valley Cellular, Immix, Inland Cellular, Nex-Tech, Revol, United Wireless, and West Central Wireless.
Canadian Carriers include: Aliant Mobility, Bell Mobility, Fido, MTS, NorthernTel Mobility, Rogers Wireless, SaskTel Mobility, Télébec Mobilité, TELUS Mobility, Virgin Mobile Canada
Sponsors and/or the Administrator will then verify the vote. Once your vote has been verified, it will be counted toward that Goal of the Week option. Once your vote has been cast you will not be able to retract it or change it. All votes become the property of Sponsor. Message and Data rates may apply when voting. Depending on your wireless plan, your wireless service provider may charge you for each text message you send and receive. Please consult your wireless service provider regarding their pricing plans as other charges may also apply. Message and data charges may appear on your cell phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account.
Entry information must be completed and verified in full in order for any vote to be counted. Proof of delivery or receipt will not be deemed by Sponsor or Administrator as proof of vote. Any attempted form of entry or vote other than as described herein is void.
Opt Out and Help Instructions:
If you no longer want to receive SMS communication from AT&T Goal of the Week, text STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END or UNSUBSCRIBE to 22442 at any time to opt-out of the AT&T Goal of the Week voting messaging. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, cancel, suspend or modify these terms and conditions, or any voting, at any time. Sponsor reserves the absolute right to disqualify any voter (and/or their respective vote(s)) who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the voting process, or for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

AT&T All-Star Fan Ballot voting is open to all persons 13 and older located in the Continental United States (including Washington, DC), Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico and Canada and is void where prohibited by applicable law, rule or regulation. The voting period will open on May 17, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and will end on July 6, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET. (each, the “Voting Period”). Voting times and dates are subject to change at the sole discretion of Major League Soccer, L.L.C. (“MLS” or “Sponsor”) without notice. There is a 1500 vote per person limit during the Voting Period per originating telephone number. The “Administrator” is Telescope, Inc. By submitting any vote, voters agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and that the decisions of the Sponsors, Administrator and each of their representatives are final and binding in all respects.
