Brazilian star Ronaldinho is on the move again – could he be coming to MLS? | SIDELINE

One former FIFA World Player of the Year, Brazilian superstar, and World Cup winner recently joined MLS – could another one be on his way?

On the heels of Kaká signing with Orlando City SC for the 2015 season, come reports out of Brazil that Ronaldinho has terminated his contract with Atlético Mineiro and is possibly looking to move abroad once more.

And lest you think the former Barcelona and AC Milan man may be considering retirement, think again.

"He'll play until he's 42," Ronaldinho's agent and brother Roberto Assis reportedly said, according to Brazilian daily Globo on Monday. Assis noted that the 34-year-old would reveal the plan for the next destination in his career on Wednesday.

Some reports have it that Ronaldinho could go to another club in Brazil, to Argentine powerhouse Boca Juniors, to the Middle East, or to MLS. He's been linked with MLS in the past, in 2010 and in 2011 when the LA Galaxy were reportedly interested in signing him.

Winner of the 2002 World Cup, he was not part of the Brazil squad that finished fourth on home soil in this year's World Cup. At Atlético Mineiro, he won the 2013 Copa Libertadores, the first time that club had ever won that tournament, and is one of the most decorated players of his generation.

Do you think Ronaldinho will make his long-awaited debut in MLS soon? Which team should he go to? Let us know in the comment section below!
