One of the most prominent sports personalities in the US has grabbed a spot on the LAFC bandwagon.
FOX Sports' Colin Cowherd, who hosts daily radio and television shows on FS1 and has been using his massive platform to talk more and more about soccer in recent years, has sprung for LAFC season tickets.
Cowherd visited last week the "LAFC Experience," the incoming MLS expansion team's offices and touring center for their new stadium in Los Angeles. He clearly came away impressed:
LAFC will begin play in MLS next year, when they'll open the brand-new Banc of California Stadium just outside downtown LA.
