Junior Hoilett leaves Canada camp to complete transfer to Cardiff City

Junior Hoilett - Canada National Team

Canadian international Junior Hoilett has completed his transfer to Cardiff City FC, and the 26-year-old winger left the Canadian national team camp ahead of Tuesday's friendly in Morocco.

The Welsh side, who play in England's second-tier Championship, announced the completion of the deal on Monday.

The move reunites Hoilett with Neil Warnock, his manager at Premiership side Queens Park Rangers. Hoilett had been without a club since his contract with QPR expired at the end of the 2015-16 season.

Former Toronto FC goalkeeper Kenny Stamatopoulos has also left the Canadian camp, for personal reasons.
