Breaking Ground on a New Deal
LAFC, led by co-owners Magic Johnson and Will Ferrell, officially broke ground on their forthcoming stadium Tuesday afternoon. The building will be known as Banc of California Stadium, for what's reportedly the next 15 years. Vancouver got fast revenge on Sporting KC for a weekend league loss, taking control of CONCACAF Champions League Group C with a a 3-0 home triumph on Tuesday night.
