One day after hiring him as the second head coach in club history, Orlando City SC formally introduced Jason Kreis as manager in a presentation at The Abbey in downtown Orlando on Wednesday.
The press conference, which featured formal remarks from Kreis and Orlando City president Phil Rawlins, was streamed live on the club’s Facebook page.
Kreis and newly hired assistants CJ Brown and Miles Joseph will begin work on Monday, July 25 with their first match in charge of Orlando set for Sunday, July 31 against the New England Revolution (7:30 pm ET; MLS LIVE).
Bobby Murphy and Anthony Pulis, who will stay on Orlando’s staff under Kreis, will lead the team at Columbus Crew SC this Saturday (7:30 pm ET; MLS LIVE).
