After a pair of games on Tuesday, the Round of 16 of the US Open Cup will swing into full force on Wednesday, when 10 MLS teams will compete in six matches.

The full schedule of the contests, complete with tune-in information and a couple of storylines for each match, is below:

Philadelphia Union vs. New York Red Bulls – 7 pm ET – YouTube

Two of the top teams in the East will face off at Talen Energy Stadium in a rematch of the Union’s dramatic shootout win over the Red Bulls in the quarterfinals of the 2015 tournament. The Union, who came up short in the USOC final in 2014 and 2015, will be hoping for a repeat on Wednesday, with red-hot midfielder Roland Alberg expected to provide a spark.

Houston Dynamo vs. Sporting Kansas City – 7 pm ET – YouTube

Currently in last in the West, the Dynamo will be looking for a bit of Open Cup joy at BBVA Compass Stadium on Wednesday. They’ll face a determined foe in SKC, defending USOC champs and winners of two of the last four tournament titles.

New York Cosmos vs. New England Revolution – 7:30 pm ET – YouTube

The Revolution will head south for a tough test against the defending NASL champion Cosmos, who are making their second consecutive appearance in the USOC Round of 16. The Cosmos knocked New York City FC out of the competition for the second straight year earlier this month, and will be looking to make it two in a row vs. MLS against the Revolution – who are dealing with some schedule congestion – at St. John’s University’s Belson Stadium.

Orlando City SC vs. Fort Lauderdale Strikers – 7:30 pm ET

Orlando will be looking for their second straight Open Cup win over an NASL Florida foe, having beaten the Jacksonville Armada earlier this month to advance to the Round of 16. The Lions will face a solid group in the Strikers, who took out D.C. United on the road in the previous round.

FC Dallas vs. Colorado Rapids – 8:30 pm ET – YouTube

Tim Howard won’t be on the field and Jermaine Jones appears to be enjoying a couple of well-earned days off, but the first-place Rapids will no doubt put up a fierce fight against second-place FC Dallas. Oscar Pareja could very well field a strong Dallas team, as FCD – who are unbeaten at home this year – don’t play again until Monday.

Portland Timbers vs. LA Galaxy – 10:30 pm ET – YouTube

After beating the San Jose Earthquakes in the only all-MLS matchup of the fourth round, the Timbers will welcome the Galaxy to Portland for a Round of 16 tilt at Providence Park. LA – who have never moved past the USOC quarters under Bruce Arena – will be hoping to advance in slightly less controversial fashion than they did in their fourth-round contest on Wednesday.
