The nation on Sunday woke up to news of a shooting at a nightclub in Orlando that claimed the lives of 50 people and injured 53 more, the deadliest mass shooting incident in United States history.

The tragedy resulted in an outpouring of support for the victims and their families, including a number of players and officials from Orlando City SC, Orlando Pride, and around Major League Soccer:

A moment of silence in honor of those affected by the shootings will be held at both of Sunday's Copa America Centenario Group C matches in East Rutherford, N.J. and Foxborough, Mass.
