Gedion Zelalem notches a PK to help Rangers to Scottish Cup final

Gedion Zelalem - US U-20

Sunday proved an exciting one for American teens abroad. (Or, maybe as the teens would say, it was lit). While USMNT breakout Christian Pulisic notched his first goal for Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund, fellow American export Gideon Zelalem had a pretty good day, too.

The US U-23 midfielder has been on loan to Scottish side Rangers from Arsenal since last year. And with the former, he faced off against Celtic in a race to the Scottish Cup final. With the two teams tied 2-2, the game eventually came down to a penalty kick shoot-out.... And guess who got his own?

Zelalem's PK helped the Rangers inch ahead by one goal, and onto the Scottish Cup final. Nice work, kid.
