One thing seems likely for the 2016 season: The Seattle Sounders depth options will be considerably different than they have been in recent seasons.

The latest departure from the team is midfielder Andy Rose, who has reportedly been signed by English team Coventry City, on an 18-month deal.

Rose, 25, was out of contract with the Sounders following the season. He spent four seasons with the Sounders after playing collegiately at UCLA, winning the 2014 Supporters Shield and the 2014 US Open Cup.

The signing comes following a successful trial with Coventry City, who currently play in the third-division League One. They currently sit in fourth place in the division, within the playoff spots for promotion to the Championship.
