Could Sporting Kansas City owners be taking over Everton FC?
On Friday BBC Sport reported that the ownership group of the MLS club are exploring a purchaseof the Premier League club.
Everton has been rumored to be up for sale as owner Bill Kenwright has said, all the way back in 2007, "If the right person stands in front of me and wants to take this club forward then I will sell."
A Sporting KC spokesman told MLSsoccer.com that "there is no truth to the rumors."
