AT&T MLS All-Star Game Fan XI and Commissioner picks to be unveiled on US-Panama pregame coverage

The 2015 AT&T MLS All-Star Game Fan XI and Commissioner Don Garber’s picks will be unveiled Monday night during FOX Sports 1’s pregame coverage of the US national team's Gold Cup match against Panama, Major League Soccer announced on Monday afternoon.

FS1’s pregame coverage will begin at 9 pm ET, ahead of the 9:30 pm ET kick between the US and Panama at Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan. UniMas will also provide coverage of the announcement during its game broadcast, with their coverage also beginning at 9 pm ET.

The MLS All-Stars will face English Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur at the Colorado Rapids’ Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on Wednesday, July 29 at 9 pm ET. The annual midsummer showcase will be broadcast live on FOX Sports 1 and UniMas in the US, and TSN and RDS in Canada.

Media members nominated a total of eight players from each club to create the ballot for the Fan XI. Fans voted through online balloting and on social media, with the 10 players with the highest combined vote total earning a spot on the Fan XI.

The 11th player – a forward – on the Fan XI is determined by the AT&T/EA SPORTS™ MLS All-Star ‘More Than a Vote’ Tournament. The player with whom fans scored the most goals in EA SPORTS FIFA 15, with one goal equaling one vote, is named to the Fan XI.

Colorado Rapids and MLS All-Star head coach Pablo Mastroeni will determine the final All-Star gameday roster, with his picks set to be announced this Saturday.
