USWNT celebrates with fans in Los Angeles

Friday was a fairytale for the US women’s national team.

After being feted by thousands as they paraded down Broadway in the Canyon of Heroes in New York City in the afternoon, the World Cup champs took to the stage on Friday night, joining pop star Taylor Swift at her sold-out concert at MetLife Stadium.

The USWNT contingent walked out to T-Swift’s hit “Style,” letting Taylor – who was (incorrectly) romantically linked to Orlando City defender Sean St. Ledger earlier this year – lift the World Cup trophy before taking a bow in front of the 60,000 fans in attendance at the Meadowlands.

Keep partying, USWNT. You deserve it.
