Last year, the fan culture documentarians at Copa90 took a trip to Seattle to hang with the Emerald City Supporters.
This season, they came back to Cascadia, visiting Portland to show the Timbers-Sounders rivalry in all of its glory for their “Derby Days” series. The 15-minute piece takes an in-depth look at the history of the rivalry with supporters and luminaries from both sides, goes behind the scenes with the Timbers Army for some tifo construction and features some fantastic footage from Portland’s 4-1 home win against Seattle on June 28.
