Sure, many of us play soccer in our spare time. Maybe we harbor dreams of what it would be like to be a professional, playing the beautiful game for a living.
Now you can try and replicate the experience in one respect.
Your first task? To make it through the Seattle Sounders' 25-minute pregame warm-up routine.
The Sounders released a video earlier this month featuring manager of performance and sports science David Tenney with a Go Pro camera and an explanation of how the club approach preparation prior to a game.
25 minutes doesn't sound too bad, until you realize that you still have a 90-minute game to play.
Now we all know soccer itself is the main event, but for those who, say, want a quick 25-minute workout, maybe "Warm up like the pros" will become the new fitness trend? Hey, you never know.
