POLL: Inswinger or Outswinger: What is the best way to deliver a free kick?

Do you prefer an inswinging free kick or an outswinging free kick?

MLSsoccer.com's editor in chief, Greg Lalas, tackled this topic in this week's episode of On the Field, presented by Windows (above).

Definitions

An inswinger is a wide set piece -- either a free kick from the wing or a corner kick -- that bends in toward the the goal.

An outswinger, of course, is the opposite: a free kick or corner kick that bends away from the goal.
